Group classes are a great way to start learning. Suitable for men and women of all ages and fitness / experience levels. Class sizes are kept to small to allow for lots of individual attention from the instructor. Generally the class will begin with some basic warm up movements followed by some Self Defence Techniques before progressing to work on the ground. Live drilling is a part of this class but always tailored to individual experience levels.
These classes are limited to 4 people at a time and are a perfect way to bring a little more individual focus to your training. Flexible scheduling is available.
One on one training with the instructor. Individualized training that will allow rapid improvement. Class length can be tailored to your need. 30 – 60 mins depending on your ability to process and assimilate new information. Flexible scheduling is available.
